These Terms govern your use of the Ordaily platform ("the Service") operated by Josh Macdonald, trading as Ordaily, Cape Town, South Africa. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Ordaily provides an AI-powered executive assistant service ("Jarvis") that connects to your Google or Microsoft account, calendar, and communications tools to automate administrative tasks. The Service includes email triage, calendar management, meeting processing, morning briefings, and related features depending on your subscription plan (Standard, Premium, or Enterprise).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@aiminister.co.za if you suspect unauthorised access. You may not share your account with any other person.
You may not use Ordaily to send unsolicited communications, violate any applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to circumvent our security measures. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.
Jarvis generates draft emails, summaries, and recommendations using artificial intelligence. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before sending or acting on it. Ordaily is not liable for the content of AI-generated drafts that you choose to send. You acknowledge that AI systems can make errors and that human review of all outbound communications is your responsibility.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are at our discretion for unused portions of monthly subscriptions; annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days. There is no setup fee on any tier; assisted onboarding is provided free of charge.
Free preview accounts may be provided at our discretion and may be terminated at any time. Preview accounts have limited functionality and are intended to allow you to evaluate the Service before purchasing.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By connecting your Google or Microsoft account you grant Ordaily the OAuth permissions necessary to deliver the Service as described in our Privacy Policy and the OAuth provider's consent screen.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Ordaily's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the core dashboard and email processing services. Planned maintenance will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services including Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, Twilio, PayFast, or Fly.io.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. On termination your access ends at the close of the current billing period. We will retain your data for 90 days after termination to allow export, after which it will be permanently deleted unless required by law. You may also exercise your POPIA right to immediate deletion (subject to a 7-day soft-delete cancellation window) at any time.
Ordaily and Jarvis are trademarks of Ordaily. The platform software, design, and documentation are our intellectual property. You retain ownership of all your data processed through the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, Western Cape.
We will notify you of material changes by email with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
